A free component of the Secure Cloud Architecture Framework (SCAF) that validates whether your organization is ready to design and operate cloud environments.

Most organizations begin environment design without defined standards across identity, network, data protection, telemetry, cost, and operational governance. This results in inconsistent environments, weak trust boundaries, deployment risk, and costly rework.

The Environment Readiness Assessment enforces a pre-architecture gate. It evaluates whether the foundational controls required for safe and scalable environments are in place before segmentation or workload deployment begins.

If these controls are not established, environment design should not proceed.

The assessment spans governance, identity, telemetry, network segmentation, data protection, environment segmentation, service tiering, CI/CD governance, tool rationalization, cost control, and operational readiness, producing a clear, evidence-based view of architectural maturity and risk posture.
